A system was recently issued to grant some of the lawyers who are registered and listed on the list of lawyers practicing the Ministry of Justice (license to document, under the list of notaries and their work issued by Resolution No. (66954) dated 07/10/1435 H, which gives them the authority To carry out some tasks and terms of reference originally granted to the writings of justice, in order to facilitate the procedures on companies and individuals and in the interest of the Ministry to ease the burden on citizens and companies and to complete their transactions and financial matters at any time, whether during the official working hours of the government sectors or outside, for a small fee.
These services include but are not limited to:
Editing and documenting contracts.
Rental of real estate and transfers.
Documenting trademark, patent and copyright conduct.
The approval of the collateral is present and the grummy.
Issuing legal agencies of all kinds.
Documenting the contracts of the foundation of all kinds and the supplements of the amendment in accordance with the Saudi corporate system.
Documenting commercial and financial contracts.
Real estate sukuk voids.
